Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) pk56 account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. pk56 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk56 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
pk56 operates a Know Your Customer process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at pk56's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
pk56 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods displayed on the Platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk56 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. pk56 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are displayed in the Platform's banking section and may vary by payment method. pk56 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at pk56's discretion. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits will be subject to those limits in addition to standard platform limits.
All account balances on pk56 are maintained in PKR. Where a game or market is priced in a different currency, the conversion rate applied will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
All sports bets placed on pk56 are subject to the specific sports rules applicable to each market type, as published in the Platform's help centre. pk56 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: evident pricing errors, match abandonment where settlement rules do not apply, or where there is reasonable evidence of irregular betting patterns associated with the relevant event.

RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical game mechanics (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in the studio broadcast.
All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of pk56. A bet is not confirmed until pk56 issues a bet reference number. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, pk56's records shall be the final determinant of whether a bet was accepted and at what odds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pk56 content without prior written consent from pk56.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk56 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from interrupted access to live betting markets during active events.
pk56 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Planned maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pk56's reasonable control may cause temporary service disruptions. pk56 will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance and to restore service promptly following unplanned interruptions.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that pk56 is not responsible for financial losses you incur through lawful use of the Platform.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, pk56 and the User agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
pk56 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
